(Rest 45 seconds between each round and change your hand placement each round)

Deep Squats
Start @ 165# and every two rounds add 10# to the load
ex: rounds 20 & 18 @ 155#, rounds 16 & 14 @ 165#, until the last round of 4 & 2 @ 205#
(Rest 60 seconds between each round, every round must be done unbroken, meaning the weight can not be set down or racked during a round)
