Run 1600 meters
50 Squats @ 135#
50 Bench Press @ 135#
50 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
100 Double Unders
50 Deadlifts @ 135#
Run 1600 meters

(Every time the bar is racked on any movement, or the jump rope stops moving, complete 5 burpees. Use various grip settings and foot placement on all movements.)
