5 Sumo Dead Lift High Pull @ 70# KB
6 Box Jumps @ 24" box
7 Thrusters @ 2 x 35# DB
8 Burpees
9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Step Ups @ 24" box (10 on each leg)
11 Push Ups
12 Double Unders

It will go like this:
Round 1
1 Dead Lift

Round 2
2 Muscle Ups - 1 Dead Lift

Round 3
3 KB Swings - 2 Muscle Ups - 1 Dead Lift

Round 4
4 HSPU - 3 KB Swings - 2 Muscle Ups - 1 Dead Lift

ETC. until the final round
Round 12
12 DU - 11 Push Ups - 10 Step Ups - 9 C2B Pull Ups - 8 Burpees - 7 Thrusters - 6 Box Jumps -
5 SDLHP - 4 HSPU - 3 KB Swings - 2 MU - 1 Dead Lift
