Warm Up

Strength/Skill
Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD
At the top of the minute complete 5 Burpees
then for the remainder of the minute complete as many 95# Thrusters as possible
At the top of the 2nd minute complete 5 Pull Ups
then for the remainder of the minute complete as many Double Unders as possible
Continue this cycle until 100 Thrusters and 250 Double Unders are completed

ex:
Minute 1 - 5 Burpees then as many possible Thrusters
Minute 2 - 5 Pull Ups then as many possible Double Unders
Minute 3 - 5 Burpees then as many possible Thrusters
Minute 4 - 5 Pull Ups then as many possible Double Unders
Etc.
