15 hang power clean and jerk

30 knees to elbows

12 hang power clean and jerk

24 knees to elbows

9 hang power clean and jerk

18 knees to elbows

Loads should be semi heavy to heavy!

30 burpees for those of you that don't finish in under 10 minutes. Choose your load wisely!
