This is one of my all-time heroes, Pyrros Dimas.
He ways 180 lbs. and clean and jerking 468 lbs, to win
the gold medal at the '96 Olympics. It shows the potential of what the human mind and body, when in-sync, are
capable of. Stay Strong, Stay Tough, Stay Focused.
