Jamaica + Bobsled = What the heck!!
I'm sure that when these guys showed up for the winter Olympics they were laughed at. Jamaica is an "island country in the Caribbean", and bobsledding is a race" down a steep ICE-covered run". Honestly think about what those guys must have heard. It's impossible. That can't be done. You will fail.

But what did the 1988 Winter Olympics Jamaican bobsledding team do?
They practice their tails off and didn't listen to the doubters.
The four man team qualified and competed in Calgary, Alberta at the 1988 Winter Olympics.

In their final race they crashed and famously got out of their sled and carried it through to the finish line.

"They didn't think about what others thought."

Don't let the doubts and fears of others sway you from your goals.

Stay DRIVEN. Stay FOCUSED. Stay PASSIONATE.
