Warm Up

Strength/Skill
Squat 5-5-5-5-5-5

WOD
5 rounds for time
Run 400 meters
15 Overhead Squats @ 95#
15 Box Jumps @ 24#

Endurance
Set two cones 10 meters apart, with a running clock
Run 200 meters (20 total trips) running back and forth between the two cones
Rest 30 seconds then
Run 180 meters (18 total trips)
Rest 30 seconds
Continue this patter until the final round which is
Run 20 meters (2 total trips)
