The Real Housewives of New York City: Countess LuAnn Might Be Engaged

Rumors are flying that Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York City Countess,  LuAnn de Lesseps, is engaged to her boyfriend Jacques Azoulay, according to Radar Online. Read more details on the rumored engagement after the jump…

Radar Online reported the two were seen shopping for rings at Cartier in San Francisco during the holidays. They looked happy and were having fun trying on different rings.
According to E! News De Lesseps  has not specifically addressed the rumors, but tweeted “Love Cartier!” today.

De Lesseps and Jacques Azoulay have been dating since the last season, which showed De Lesseps moving on after the divorce by starting to date. She divorced former husband Alexandre de Lesseps two years ago after a 16 year marriage. The reason for the split being an admitted affair Alexandre de Lesseps had.
The jet-setting reality star mother-of-two and her new boyfriend have been seen traveling everywhere together. From going skiing in Lake Tahoe to sharing a celebratory new year’s meal at New York’s Chez Josephine Restaurant, Radar Online said the two have become inseparable.
Fans were briefly introduced to De Lesseps’ boyfriend late last season. Azoulay is the chief executive for Gabriella Wines Imports.
E! News has spoken to LuAnn about the direction the relationship is going and it sure looks serious. LuAnn didn’t discount the posibility of remarriage when asked in June whether she would ever remarry, keeping her comments vague by saying “You never know.” When asked about her relationships in April she said E! her “love life is very good.”
A source told E! the two are very serious, but aren’t ready to tie the knot just yet. We’ll see if next season of the Real Housewives of New York will include a wedding or, at the least, a proposal.

Mark Ronson gets engaged to his Agent Provocateur model and actress girlfriend Josephine de La Baume

Mark Ronson has announced he's got engaged to his girlfriend, model and actress Josephine de La Baume.

Musician and producer Mark, 35, has been dating the 26-year-old French beauty since 2009 and even got her to star in the video for his recent single The Bike Song.   

Rumours that Mark had gone down on one knee have been swirling since the waifish blonde was pictured wearing a ring on her wedding finger in Paris last month.

Ronson was previously engaged to actress Rashida Jones, daughter of music legend Quincy Jones, in 2003 and also briefly dated Daisy Lowe in 2008. 

Ronson’s engagement follows a spate of celebrity engagements of late.

David Foster and fiancee Yolanda Hadid got engaged at her ex-husband's house

David Foster and his new fiancee Yolanda Hadid certainly don't have a typical story about their holiday proposal.

"Strangely enough, we got engaged at Yolanda's ex-husband's house — because that's where we met," Foster said Friday as he and his new mate arrived on the red carpet at a MusiCares benefit in honour of Barbra Streisand.

Didn't Hadid's ex mind that he was proposing?

"He introduced us," Foster replied with a smile.

The 15-time Grammy winner has been married three times previously. He has five children from his previous marriages, the most recent of which — to actress and former beauty queen Linda Thompson — ended in 2005.

Hadid, a Dutch model, has three children from her marriage to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid.

Foster says the couple is "loosely" planning on getting married on Nov. 11, which, given the year, would be 11/11/11.

"We thought that would be kind of cool," Foster said.

Meanwhile, he confirmed that he and Vancouver crooner Michael Buble are planning on releasing a Christmas album together — and he said it would only draw upon classic holiday material.

"No new songs," he said. "All good old ones. All the old ones —everything you could imagine, we're doing. All the greats from back in the day."

Foster also paid respect to Streisand, who was being honoured at the star-studded Grammy bash for her philanthropy.

"I'm so happy that she's sharing her talent with everybody tonight," Foster said. "She's a very private person, and this is a big deal for her. She doesn't love going out in public. So I think she's to be commended for really pulling it together and going: 'Hey, I'm going to do this because I care about MusiCares.'"

He was then asked to recall his favourite Streisand song.

"Probably one I did with her called 'Somewhere,'" he said, a wry grin spreading across his face.

"I (also) love the song she wrote, 'Evergreen.' She proved herself to be a songwriter on that song.

"She's an amazing, iconic, iconic talent."

Tamera Mowry gets engaged to Adam Housley

Tamera  Mowry, 32, who grew up right before our eyes, alongside with her twin sister Tia Mowry in the hit 90′s show ‘Sister Sister’  was proposed to. Yes! It looks like she will be carrying on a new last name as the actress is now engaged to Fox News channel correspondent Adam Housley, 38. The question was popped in Venice, Italy, where he gave Tamera a designed vintage ring.

Tamera told People Magazine she was ‘Beyond thrilled and felt so blessed to have him in her life.‘

Her parents said

‘We love Adam and love him being a part of our family. He is a wonderful person and has a wonderful heart.’

It just seems like the news keeps getting better, especially after her  sister confirmed her pregnancy just a couple of days ago.

Zara's wedding plans full steam ahead as mother Princess Anne visits the church

Princess Anne has secretly visited the Scottish church where her daughter Zara
will marry Mike Tindall, 32, on July 30.

Anne made the trip last weekend to Canongate Kirk in Edinburgh as Zara, 29, hired party planner Peregrine Armstrong-Jones to help organise the event.

‘Anne arranged to be in Scotland as the plans get under way,’ a source said.

But I’m told there is discord over Zara’s invitation to her godfather Andrew Parker Bowles. 

The ex-husband of Prince Charles’s wife Camilla dated Anne in 1974 and last summer reports suggested the romance had reignited. 

‘It makes it awkward for Zara’s father Mark Phillips and Anne’s husband Tim Laurence,’ says a source.

Prince Harry's African charity is putting its party plans on ice because they clash with his brother’s wedding.

Sentebale, which supports orphans in Lesotho, is celebrating its fifth anniversary this year.

Harry, who is travelling to Dubai next month for his Sentebale Polo Challenge, had planned to host a star-studded gala for the charity’s birthday on April 28.

But with the responsibilities of being best man he is having to postpone the event.

‘There are talks about toasting the success of Sentebale a little later on in the summer,’ I’m told.

‘Harry is determined to have a huge party to celebrate but it’s bad timing with the wedding.

'Right now the only party he’s planning is William’s stag, which will be a weekend away in the country.

Princess Diana's Brother to Wed

Prince William isn't the only one in the family getting married this year. 

William's uncle, Charles Spencer, 46, is engaged to Karen Gordon, according to an announcement from Spencer's rep. 

"Charles, the ninth Earl Spencer, is delighted to announce his engagement to Karen Gordon, a Canadian philanthropist who is the Founder and CEO of Whole Child International," said the official statement. 

The private wedding will take place on June 18 at Althorp in England, the ancestral home of the Spencer Family, the statement also said. 

Spencer, the brother of the late Princess Diana, is remembered for his controversial – given how it addressed his sister's treatment by the royal family – eulogy he delivered at her funeral service in 1997. 

It will be Spencer's third marriage. He has four children from his first marriage and two children from his second. 

Bobby Brown Asks for Girlfriend's Hand in Marriage on Stage

 R&B singer Bobby Brown has stunned his fans and especially his girlfriend of nearly three years Alicia Etheridge during his performance at Metro Park in Jacksonville, Fla. Florida Times-Union reported that the 41-year-old singer got down on one knee and proposed Alicia, who is also his manager, on stage. 

Bobby's proposal has made the crowd going crazy as Alicia, who was joined by their son Cassius on stage, said yes. The couple later shared a kiss with the "That's the Way Love Is" singer still kneeling. "We shouted, we screamed. We supported him," a fan gushed to the site.

Bobby and Alicia welcomed Cassius in 2009. On his son's birth, he said, during a performance at the Rok nightclub in the New York New York Hotel on June 3, the same year, "I just had a little baby boy His name is Cassius...he was born four days ago."

Bobby Brown was previously married to Whitney Houston. However, the two ended their 15 years of marriage with Whitney filing for divorce, which was then dissolved on April 24, 2007. Bobby and the 46-year-old singer have a daughter, Bobbi Kristina Houston-Brown who was born on March 4, 1993.

Canadian musician David Foster is the latest star set to ring in 2011 with wedding bells. He reportedly proposed to Dutch model Yolanda Hadid over the Christmas holidays. 


The Grammy-winning producer, who is famous for helping the careers of artists such asCeline Dion, Josh Groban andMichael Buble, reportedly proposed at a friend's home in Bel Air, California, where the couple met. The insider tells the New York Post, "He pulled out a 14-carat dazzling sparkler from jeweler Martin Katz, and the entire party erupted in applause." 

Foster has previously been married three times before and has five daughters, while Hadid is a mother of three and the former wife of real-estate developer Mohamed Hadid. 

Vivica A Fox gets engaged to toyboy club promoter

Vivica A Fox is certainly a forgiving woman.The actress today announced she is engaged to club promoter Omar 'Slim' White, who unceremoniously dumped her five months ago by releasing a press statement without even telling her.

While their August break up, which came on the heels of a fiery argument, was publicly humiliating, it was certainly short lived.
The actress, 46, who appeared on US show Curb Your Enthusiasm got engaged over the holidays, her spokesperson confirmed.
White, 27, is said to have got down on one knee on December 26 and presented her with an 8-carat ring during a break in South Beach, Florida.
The couple first got together just over a year ago and Fox showed off her new ring when they attended the birthday party of LeBron James on December 30.

Meet Zara and Iron Mike, a very unconventional royal couple

She is a brisk sort of girl, and a great believer in just gritting her teeth and getting on with things. But this weekend, as she prepares to compete in an eventing World Cup qualifier in France, Zara Phillips is beset by crises.

Firstly, her beloved and extraordinary horse Toytown has a bruised foot and has had to be pulled out of the competition. Given his age - he is 15 - and that the Beijing Olympics are looming, it is not at all the preparation she was hoping for.

She has trained him with infinite care, and yet she still faces her worst fear - that he will be injured, as he was before the Athens Olympics four years ago. This weekend she is competing in Fontainebleau with two of her other horses instead.

The second crisis - and although she is "deeply" in love it is only a secondary priority - is that her lover Mike Tindall faces disqualification from driving after failing a roadside breath test.

Tindall, 29, a rugby player who was one of England's World Cupwinners in 2003, was found to be over the limit a day after a champagne-soaked party at the Cheltenham Gold Cup.

He and Zara went to the private Weighing In Party for jockeys following the racing. It was evidently an extremely jolly affair - some fellow drinkers in Monty's Brasserie in Cheltenham say they saw Tindall, a 16-stone giant of a man, vomiting.

There are reports that his royal girlfriend was so giddy in the convivial atmosphere that she fell off a chair and banged her head.

At around 11am the following day Tindall was stopped in his silver Range Rover and gave a positive breath test. He was arrested and taken to Newbury police station, where he gave a blood test which has been sent for analysis. The results are due at the end of the month.

On the face of it this is a pretty dismaying way for a professional sportsman to behave. No one begrudges a rugby player a bit of a celebration, and of course there is - or was - a great drinking culture in the game, but to be found over the limit well into the following day suggests serious excess.

It's all the more disappointing as Tindall is working his way back to fitness following a horrific injury to his liver which was seriously damaged in a freak accident six weeks ago when he was playing against Wales.

So has Tindall, affectionately known as Iron Mike, been led astray by Zara, 12th in line to the throne but with "a wild streak a mile wide"? And are these two very successful sports people endangering their respective careers with an alcohol-soaked lifestyle?

If you believe family friends and professional associates,what happened at Cheltenham is not --representative of the life the couple lead together.

Although as yet unmarried, they are very much a steady couple,a "Mr and Mrs" in all but name who are deeply committed to a cosy coupledom which embraces long country walks and hearty pub suppers.
