Well isn't THIS convenient. Usher is getting ready to wife up former Def Jam exec Grace Miguel.  Especially because we hear she's pregnant??  Well the couple--who publicly deny they are even a couple--were spotted doing something together only couples tend to do: Apartment shopping in NYC.

Grace Miguel has been identified as singer Usher’s mistress turned girlfriend.  Seems that Usher is among the many celebrities joining the ranks of infidelty.  Miguel was reportedly spotted with Usher at a West Hollywood, California.Miguel is a member of the Island Def Jam staff.

Usher reportedly filed for divorce from wife Tameka Raymond in January 2009 photos of Usher and Miguel leaked and infidelity rumors spread.  Tameka and Usher have two children, Usher Raymond V born November 26, 2007 and Naviyd Ely Raymond, born December 10, 2008.  Usher and Tameka were married on August 3, 2007.
