Using a treadmill set the incline at 10%,
speed at 80% of best 1 mile timed run
WOD
6 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Burpees
20 Boxer Sit Ups
10 Handstand Push Ups
ATTITUDE
This young guy is the perfect example of courage.
