Warm Up

10 mins. kettle bell balance work
(with one foot stand on the top of a kettle bell, alternate feet every time balance is lost)

WOD
for time:
Run 800 meters
then
3 rounds of
10 Squat Clean & Jerk @155#
20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
30 Box Jumps @ 30" Box
then
Run 800 meters

Rest 5+ hours

WOD2
"OPT WOD"
30 rounds for time:
3 HSPU
6 pistols (3 on each leg - body weight)

This clip is from the movie 'Dances With Wolves'.
It's a great movie and one of my all time favorite films.
This has always been my favorite scene.

To me it shows a man finding out who he truly is.
A man becoming wild, not in the reckless party sense, but in the natural meaning.
The way a wild mustang runs unbroken or a wild wolf prowls untamed.

I challenge you to find your wild side.
