More Than Heavy Weights
It's more than heavy weights that are making me stronger these days.
The last two months I've been training with the crew of CrossFit Central, and the word training takes on a whole new meaning when it's with this group.
Today we (17 in all) took on the "Jesus WOD".
It is obviously not a normal workout. Yes it was tough, both physically and mentally but at the same time, it was fun. Fun because of the people who were there participating and for those you stayed to push us forward.
I'm running with a group who are stronger and faster than me, which will only make me stronger and faster.
