15 Ring Push Ups
15 Wall Ball @ 20# ball
15 Dumbbell Push Press @ 2 x 40# DBs
15 Strict Pull Ups
15 Ring Dips
15 Sit Ups
Rest 2 mins.

If you are the first to complete at any station, do burpees until your
partner completes the reps at there station

If you are training alone complete 5 burpees after every station
