for time (from Anywhere Fit)
At the top of the minute do 5 Power Snatches @ 95#, then for the remainder
of the minute do As Many Reps As Possible of Burpees. Continue this pattern at the top of every minute until 100 total Burpees are completed.
Rest 2 minutes then transition into 5 Overhead Squats @ 95# at the top of each minute and do Double Unders for the remainder of the minute. Continue this pattern until 500 Double Unders are completed.

the Haka leader, normally an All Black of Maori descent,
will instigate the Haka and spur on those who are to perform
the Haka with the following.
