Quit
Quit!? Say that word out loud. Go ahead say it. Doesn't it just sound pathetic.
It is such a weak word. Quitting should never be an option.
The definition of quitter is, 'a person who gives up easily or does not have the courage or determination to finish a task'. Dang, now those are some heavy words.
Now I can promise you that anything worth having, whether it be professional or personal, will bring tough times. And anytime we are faced with difficulties, the momentary thought of quitting will arise. It's a fact. During an extremely tough training session or the work on your desk continues to pile up, the thought of quitting will pass through your mind. The most important words of that last sentence is pass through. When quit begins to whisper into your thoughts, push it away. Focus on the finish line.
Some of your goals may not be met in this life. Actually, some of your goal will not be met in this life. But don't let that happen because you quit on them. Some goals are set before you, so that while you are chasing them down you will achieve greater dreams that you never planned for.
Life is an extremely amazing gift! Never quit on it! Ever!
