Warm Up


Strength/Skill
75 Handstand Pushups in 5 mins. or less (full range of motion)
50 Deadlifts @ 185 in 3 mins. or less

WOD
(from FitQuest)
"The Lullaby"
5 power snatches at the top of every minute, followed by AMRAP burpees for the remainder of the minute. continue this progression until 100 burpees total is reached.
Once completed
transition to 5 OH squats at the top of every minute, followed by AMRAP double unders for the remainder of the minute. continue this progression until 500 double unders is reached.
